Shipping Information:
All shipping is sent via FedEx Home Delivery (1-5 days) to residential addresses and FedEx Ground to non-residential addresses. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Packages are insured up to $100.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Modzy.com offers exchanges or store credit for merchandise purchased within the last 30 days that is in new condition. Modzy.com does NOT offer any exchanges for compiled scrapbooks, paper that has been printed on, printed photos, or any items that have been used or damaged. If you wish to return any products, please email customerservice@modzy.com and supply your full name and original order number so that we could provide you with a return authorization code. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Can I request any special supplies that do not appear on your website?
Yes, please contact us. If the item is available from one of our current suppliers then we will attempt to order it as soon as possible. If the item is not available from one of our current suppliers, we may still attempt to find and order it if we think there may be additional demand for it.
Do you have gift certificates available?
Yes, gift certificates are available and can be found in our online store. Gift certificates make a great gift for friends and family who love cropping and are wonderful presents for Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversary's, Mother's Day, Graduation and more!
Where do you ship to and how much is shipping?
We ship to anywhere in the continental 48 states with USPS for a flat fee of $6.99. We ship to most provinces in Canada for a flat fee of $19.99. We offer international shipping, but please contact us first to find out the shipping charge.
Can you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, PO Box orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service.
Is placing an order secure?
Yes. Payment information is sent using a secure server certificate so that all information is encrypted. Payment processing for our website is handled by Paypal, one of the largest and most trusted payment processors.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover) and paypal.
