Join the fast growing Modzy team as a Sales Engineer. Looking for an experienced sales engineer to assist with the selling of AI/ML platform and technology. The Sales Engineer's responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of the products features, differentiation, and design patterns to help new customers create value from AI investments.

To be successful as a sales engineer, you will get an in-depth knowledge of the Modzy platform and technical offerings, so you can relate this knowledge non-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent sales and customer conversation skills.

Job requirements

Preparing and developing Modzy technical presentations to help our customers and potential customers.
Discussing engineering needs, value creation, and requirements with customers and engineers.
Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing delivery of the Modzy platform.
Helping customers who need support installed platform or models, and recommending improvements as needed.
Gathering customer feedback and evaluating data and use-cases to create new sales and marketing assets that help our customers.
Identifying areas for improvement or technical features for the Modzy platform and working with Product teams.
